Terms of Use

VigWork provides a free, browsable library of exercise demonstrations, and a paid feature (the “AI coach”) that generates a personalised training program from a short intake conversation. Programs are sold as a one-time purchase: there is no subscription, and no recurring charge.

VigWork is a fitness tool, not a medical service, and nothing on this site is medical, health, or professional advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an existing injury or condition, or have been advised against physical activity. If you tell the coach about an injury, it excludes exercises that load that area from your program; that is a precaution, not a diagnosis or a treatment, and it does not substitute for professional medical guidance. You use every exercise and every program at your own risk.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@vigwork.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used to abuse the service, or is used unlawfully.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the exercise catalog or its animations for redistribution.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or payment.
• Use the AI coach to generate content unrelated to fitness programming, or to attempt to extract its underlying instructions.
• Interfere with the service's normal operation for other users.

The exercise data and animations themselves are sourced from a public domain (CC0) dataset; see the site footer for attribution. Nothing above restricts your rights under that dedication, it restricts abuse of this specific site.

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once, through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card number or PayPal credentials.

Because a generated program is custom digital content delivered to you immediately, purchases are final once the program has been generated and unlocked, except where the law where you live gives you a right we cannot waive. If a payment was taken in error, or the product was not delivered because of a fault on our side, contact support@vigwork.com and we will make it right.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or UK: you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days. Because the program is generated and delivered to you instantly at your request, you acknowledge that by unlocking it you consent to immediate delivery and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, waive that withdrawal right once delivery has happened.

Every exercise in a generated program is pulled from our real, verified catalog, the AI does not invent exercises. The program structure, exercise selection within your constraints, and pacing are generated by an automated system and are not reviewed by a human trainer before delivery. We do not guarantee any particular fitness outcome, and results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, and health.

The VigWork name, design, and site code are owned by us or our licensors. The exercise data and animations are CC0 (public domain); see the footer credit. You may not use our name, logo, or design system to imply an association with or endorsement by VigWork without our written permission.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigWork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or any exercise or program obtained through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Programs you have already purchased remain accessible from your account history unless your account is terminated for cause.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
